A Scout is a friend to all. He is a brother to other Scouts. He seeks to understand others. He respects those with ideas and customs other than his own.

In this video, the “Believe It Live It” team profiles Mike Haynes, and shows how he chooses to be friendly to everyone he meets despite losing the use of his legs.
