Games Guru: I think you mean Arborick. First, you need to hit each part of his body – twice – with your fire attack. Once you’ve done that, he gets really close to you. So you have to keep attacking and dodging him a lot.

Are there any codes for this game? And how do you get past the flying ship in the arena after the pirates catch you?

Games Guru: Here’s a good code to unlock Dark Spyro. Win at Story Mode. Choose Extras on the Main Menu. Go to Dragon Challenges. Beat them all, and, voila, you have Dark Spyro.

Regarding the flying ship, I’m guessing you mean Ravage Rider. The Ravage Rider is really hard. Stand in the middle, avoid cannonballs and when the Ravage Rider crashes, use Melee. When you get to the second stage of the boss battle, stay near the middle, but circle the arena, avoiding cannonballs. Use Dragon Time to get out of the Ravage Rider’s way. Keep hitting him when he crashes, and you’ll eventually defeat him.
