While part of the American Jamboree contingent is touring sites in London and surrounding areas today, British Scouts are already beginning to arrive at the World Jamboree site in Hylands Park.
Half of the U.S. Scouts are staying at dorms at a university as they tour the Tower of London and other tourist attractions before the Jamboree. The other half of the U.S. contingent will tour the sites after the Jamboree. All of the U.S. Scouts are scheduled to arrive at the Jamboree on Friday.
The 4,600 Scouts from Britain are arriving today — a day before any other countries — so they can be ready to host Scouts from the rest of the world.

I just found your site with 2007 World Scout Jamboree coverage. Thank you very much for doing this! Parents back home are excited and anxious to see photos of our scouts at Chelmsford. Every photo is appreciated, as well as the news. Thanks again!
