  7. The National Park Service is a great source to refer about tours and visiting sites for places registered in the National Register of Historic Places.

    What is the definition of a “responsive government”? Who is a “responsive government” responsive to: 1. people with money? 2. itself? or 3. the citizens and residents who give consent to be governed by the “responsive government?

    For requirement #8, when a letter is sent to your local United States Senator regarding a request for information on a subject or a request for a photocopy of a piece of landmark legislation such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act or the Military Commissions Act of 2002, how long does it take to receive a response to show your merit badge counselor if you write a letter on notebook paper?
