		<description><![CDATA[Everybody is telling how many pounds they can lift, but how many reps can you do? If you can lift 150lbs but you can only do 5 reps thats not bad, but if you start with say 50lbs and you can do 30 reps thats easier on your body to slowly work from 50lbs up. If you can do 30 reps with 150lbs then more power to you. Just remember that weightlifting isn&#039;t all about how much you can lift!!!]]></description>
