REEL FISHING: ANGLER’S DREAM (Natsume; Wii). Reel Fishing is close to real fishing, with vivid graphics and advice from the Fishing Master. In lakes, rivers or oceans, those Boss Fish are truly hard to catch.

IPHONE FLICK SPORTS FISHING (Freeverse). For 99 cents, fish in many locations, including a raging sea. Use the iPhone as rod and the touch screen as reel. (Just don’t throw the phone when you cast!)
FISHING MASTER WORLD TOUR (Hudson; Wii). With lots of tournaments, 200 fish species and many places to visit such as Japan and Africa, this is a fine starter game if you haven’t fished with the Wii before.
FISH TYCOON (Last Day of Work; Mac, PC). If you’d rather collect ‘em than catch ‘em, this aquarium game lets you find more than 400 species and breed seven Magic Fish. http://www.fishtycoon.com/
