How do I get Kingdras?
Games Guru: Seadra, the unevolved form of Kingdra, is a catchable species in the Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leaf Green and Fire Red versions. Kingdra is not. To own Kingdra, you must catch Seadra, train it to level 32, give it a dragon scale as a hold item, and trade. It evolves upon being traded the way Machamps and Golems evolve upon being traded.
How do you evolve Golbats into Crobat? Or is there another way to do it?
Games Guru: Golbat evolves when his happiness level reaches “high.”

To pokemon rulezs,
Sceptile learns it at level 59, Nincada at level 25, and Zangoose at level 55, there might be more but those are the only ones I can remeber that are in ruby and sapphire. It is not a tm.

Most people can see underwater with out having to do anything, if you are playing it on your computer than that is a glitch that you can’t do anything about.

to jman0009,To get arceus,you will need an action replay.Get the azure flute.Go to the spear pillar and when you step on the yellow tile,play the flute.Go up the stairs and be prepared for the ultimate mach against Arceus Lv.80.I have never did this myself but I just know how to do this.

Do you have a walimar pail? If you do use it on the tree and it will turn into a Sudowudo. You will only one chance to cacth it so stock up poke,balls before you do it.Good luck!
