No you can not, have to do that on diamond or pearl. Then just get it to level 28, that is always what you have to do, just make it gain a level.

You can not get Regigigas in these games, you have to trade the three regis over to diamond or pearl and go to Snowpoint Temple to get it.

Go to route 127 and instead of going down to route 129, go right to route 128 then keep going right and you will find a huge waterfall. You should have found the HM for waterfall in the cave of origin so you shouldn’t have a problem getting up it. If you still can’t find it look at your map to get a basic idea of where it is. It is called Ever Grande City by the way.

You get Jirachi from a special disc on pokemon coloseum, it is one of the few rare pokemon you can get without an Nintendo event. Whether or not you can still get that disc, I don’t know.

You need the mach bike in order to build up enough speed to get across the holes, some times you have to do the whole floor in one swift motion or you wont have enough speed.
