Can you only get Raikou and Entei after beating the elite four? And where would you find them if you can get them before the Pokemon league (elite-four)?
Games Guru: You will run into Raikou and Entei early on, in a Ecruteak City, but they leave before you can catch them. After that, you can track them down on your Pokedex.

Games Guru: Mewtwo is number 150 on the Pokedex, so yes, he is indeed in there.
I’m in Mt. Silver. I meet with Red. I save the game before I battle him. I’ve been trying to win against him, but I keep losing!! How do I win?
Games Guru: Bad news: There is no simple answer for beating Red. His Pokemon are Pikachu, Snorlax, Espeon, Charizard, Venusaur and Blastoise. If you are coming in with a powerful Golem or Onyx, hoping to pound down his Pikachu, you will get a face full of Venusaur and Bloastoise. He will cook your electrics, shock and plant your waters, and dark your psychics. So what do you do? You return the favor. Build up your elite team so you can take damage and deal out some harm, then send out a fire Pokemon when he gives you Venusaur and Snorlax. Send out a Pokemon with some earthquaking ability to meet his Pikachu. You get the drift. If you are going to beat Red, you will beat him with basics—strong Pokemon that can play off his weaknesses.
Where can you get Mew? I found this many times online:
1. Catch all Unown
2. Have letters M-E-W in party
3. Fly to lake of rage
4. Surf up and down till you see him.
I’ve tried this for 6 hours straight and it does not work. Am I doing something wrong, or am I missing something?
Games Guru: As I understand it, Mew is not available in Crystal but can be obtained by trading with someone who has captured it in Red or Blue.
How do I get all 3 legendary pokemon in the game?
Games Guru: I might be showing my ignorance here, but we’re talking about a game that features Articuno, Zapdos, Multres, Lugia, Mew, Mewtwo and Entei, among others. Which pokemon in particular are you looking for?

Ok I realized I needed a third. When you think you are ready to battle Red, lead with your graveler (golem if you can trade with a friend) and use earthquake to beat Pikachu. For Espeon use your Umbreon (if you need info on getting your eevee to evolve into umbreon let me know) and use bite or faint attack on Espeon. For Snorlax I would use your Snorlax and use rollout. For Charizard use your pickachu (evolve it after it learns thunder and thunderbolt). For Blastoise you can use tangela or Pickachu. And for Venusaur you can use your Typhlosion. Obviously if any of your pokemon faint you will have Typhlosion as a back-up. Oh and when you are training your pokemon, when they get to about level 50, instead of using experience share let them take on the elite four.

Ok part two. Your problem is you will need to have your other pokemon to at LEAST level 60. I would suggest level 70 but it is not required. My suggestion is to give one of the pokemon you want to train an experience share and then beat the elite four with your Typhlosion over and over untill your pokemon has a higher level. You can also try the Trainer House in Viriidan City and you can find your rival at the entrance of the elite four on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Oh…I see your problem. Ok I am going to break this up into two comments. First, your team. Pickachu (Raichu later) is a good pokemon, you can use tangela, eevee would help if you made it umbreon, and snorlax isn’t a bad choice as a back up. Rapadash on the other hand has no use because of your typhlosion. So for your other pokemon I would suggest catching a level 48 graveler in the area of Mt. Silver where Red is.
second best is snorlax, level 51, tangla, level 44, pikachu, level 25, rapdash, level 44, and eevee, level 20

You have to get the HM07 for waterfall. It is in ice path, after the first ice maze there is a smaller ice maze that you probably just went right pass, at the end of it is waterfall.

Pikachu is a pretty fast pokemon on its own but if you are afraid it is not fast enough give it the quick claw to hold.
the team i have is a level 61 Entei,Lv.60 lugia,Lv.51 Snorlax,Lv.53 Ferligatr,and LV.33 Pikachu(I TRYING TO MAKE IT LV.41 SO I CAN PARALYZE RAIKOU AND CAPTURE HIM I ALREADY HAVE PKACHU’S THUNDER WAVE BUT I’M REALLY WORRIED ABOUT MY PIKACHU’S SPEED.

I am assuming you are talking about beating Red, you do not need to have pokemon at that high of levels or that need to be legendary. Legendary pokemon are way over rated.

This isn’t a chat website… your comment’s take a day or two (sometimes more) to post. You don’t need the legendary dogs to beat the elite four, tell me your team and their levels and I can tell you if you are ready. The cloning glitch works perfect on gold and silver but not on cyrstal.

you must have all 3 dogs at lv.75 ho-oh at lv.83 lugia at lv.80 and a feraligatr at lv.95 (or typhosion)it’s not impossible.
