In HG and SS you can get Mewtwo,The dogs,Lugia,Ho-oh,The original birds,Kyogre,Groudon,Rayqueza,Latios,Latias,If you go to the Arceus event for these games;Palkia,Dialga,or Giritina;but only one!at Lv1,suirtle,bulbisaur,charmander,Treeko,Torchic,Mudkip and thats all I think!

To pokemaster: The way that you cheat for arceus is the azure flute (I’ve done it before). P.S. my favorite of those three is Lucario.

To PikaPika321,
Your stats raise by 1 for every 4 EVs that your pokemon has. The maximum number of EVs that a pokemon can have is 510. You can only have 255 max per stat. Meaning an EV trained pokemon’s stats will be up to 64 points greater than regular pokemon. This can give you massive advantage in battles. That’s why I Ev train.
To Lucario,
The movesets that i gave you are the most competitive ones for your choice of pokemon. No offence but you saying “i hate Non-attack moves” tells me exactly how much experience you have.
To beginner101,
first you have to unlock the mystery gift by telling one of the news interviewers in the jubilife TV station the following words:
EVERYONE—HAPPY
Wi-Fi—Connection
Once you are at toys r us, go onto the mystery gift feature and press A on “Recieve Via Wireless Connection” or something like that. Then you should recieve arceus.
My experience–I recieved the Shaymin and Regigigas events by doing this proceedure.
