Arceus is only available from events. Recently there was an event at Toys r us that went through nov. 7-14. To get stars on your card, beat the elite four and the champion, complete the national pokedex, or complete other challenges.
To ds dude: I looked it up and shiny gold is a game made by some guy who doesn’t work for the pokemon compony. In other words a game made by people like us. I think you can only get it by downloading it, but i may be wrong.

YES IT WAS COOL. I thought the Rise of Darkrai is the best out of the three though. Also, Arceus’ voice should have been different. He sounded more like a young adult and not a god.
I just watched the new pokemon movie. apparently, Arceus is pronounced: Ar-Kee-Us—- and not: Ar-See-Us. So, yeah i’m really mixed up lol.

114 is Unown, in the Solaceon Ruins.
151 is Manaphy, seen when you read a book in Mr. Backlot’s room at the trophy Garden.
152 is Rotom, found when you thump the TV in the old chateau between 8 P.M. and 4 A.M.
