You have to beat the red car in a race.

there is a way to get him, but you have to have action replay DS, you can buy it at game stop
im trying to get 1st place in the star cup on 150 cc. i cant beat rain bow road.
here is a tip. dont drift on the corners unless you are really good. use a big dude like bowser so you dont get knocked off.

There is an item in DK Pass that only gives me stars and 3 mushrooms,even when I’m in 1st.It is the one in the snow that slows you down.Also I beat 2 staff gousts:the one on figre 8 circuit, and gcn mushroom bridge, both with R.O.B. in his standard.It takes a lot of snaking to beat them though.
What is the last charecter u unlock?
R.O.B is the last character you unlock.

all right, those tips were a little helpful half of those tips i have already used. As i was flipping through the time trials, i noticed that there was a car that i had never seen before. i have a hunch that it is part of the already programmed game.

Shy Guy can exist without hacking. When you do multiplayer with just one game-pak, everyone who doesn’t have a game becomes Shy Guy.
When you mash left and right while drifting, you’ll see sparks. When the sparks turn yellow and keep spraying out, stop drifting and you get a little speed boost. Snaking is when you drift and boost back and forth instead of driving straight. That way you can go really fast.
There is 7th set of missions.To get it, beet ALL others missions with a star rank or better to get it.The boss is wiggler.

I beat ever aspect of the game except for mission level 7 which I am working on now (unlocked by getting a star or higher on every mission for levels 1-6)

I have all characters, Mirror Mode, and a new Title screen! You get Mirror Mode by beating all Cups in all Classes. You get R.O.B. by beating Mirror Nitro Grand Prix. You get All Cars Unlocked for All Characters(yes, even the standards)by beating all Mirror Cups in both Retro and Nitro!
I was in New Hampshire and I got Wifi again (I don’t know when I’ll have Wifi again)

If you play Mario Kart Wii and play on Nintedo Wi-fi conection a lot watch out for Steve Urkal he hacked the game and want let no one win (every time I passed him he got a blue shell and threw it at me and one time me and someone else was about to past the Finish Line than he just got a star and hit both of us) So beware!!!
I have every character: mario, luigi, yoshi, peach, DK, bowser, wario, toad, dry bones, daisy, waluigi, r.o.b., and shy guy. I also have all karts. My favorite is dry bones in rob-legs. I would love to challenge all of you.

You don’t have to get two stars or higher to get those unlockables you only have to get the gold trophy and Peach, Mario, Luigi, Wario, Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, and D.K. are unlocked from the begining.
You can unlock all characters by getting a 2 star rating or higher on every race,( you get this by learning how to do snaking. Its legal. You press and hold r while racing and at the same time pressing left and right on analog stick. You can unlock mirror mode, by getting 2 stars or higher on 150 race. You have to have 4 straight in a row. And you have to do very good on every race. Its alot of fun! For r.ob. get one star or higher, in 4 races, in mirror mode. The characters you can unlock are, daisy, peach, luigi, mario, shy guy( on internet mode), wario, waluigi, yoshi, bowser, toad, and etc.
U know that the gamesguru didn’t mention you can unlock R.O.B.
