My husband bought me a once ever offered garfield minted gold collectors two gold coin set from the cook islands mint, endorsed by Jim Davis,Paws Inc, and was sign in person by jim himself when my husband went to his book signing a few years back. and I had a few other things signed including his 20th anniversary book, pretty neat huh? My wedding cake topper was garfield and odie as bride and groom which I thought of and presented it to Mr davis. and they tried to market my idea but didn’t go so well. Anyway try the cook island mint. Mags
There are actually 2 Garfield coins, one is silver and the other is nickel does anyone know where to get them. I can’t find them on ebay. I even work in a coin shop and I can’t get my hands on one. I have a small collection, pez dispensers, statues, mcDonalds christmas garfields, piggy bank, stamp stuff like that. But I want that coin!
