I collect coins. It runs in my family. My grandmother passed her collection to my dad. Now he helps me. I have about 600 coins from all over the world. Some are very old and rare.

I have many rare coins including a 1787 Connecticut Copper valued at several thousands. I also have scarce Indian head pennies and half dollars from the early 1800s.
i started collecting from the state quarters i keep them in books. i also have about 2 dollars in weat pennies and. a weat pennie that has never been stamped with the date.
I think that coin collecting is an awesome hobby! I collect modern American coins. I also pick up stuff when I travel, and from my grandparents. So far, I have coins from the U.S., Canada, The U.K., Euros, and several from southeast Asia.

P.S. A coin… let’s say you had one that is worth fifteen cents. (lol) There was a certain time (I don’t remeber when) when a coin that was worth about eight cents was called “pieces of eight. I think it was a coin worth eight cents…
