I look for pins in every nook an cranny when on vacation or traveling in my work. It’s like having built in radar and I now can seek out pins anywhere. LOL….. I display my pin on a cork board it weighs a few pounds from the 3 hundred or so pin on it. I enjoy each and every pin I buy.

A hat pin is a safety clip with a peice of plastic or metal on the front ( like scouting pins).

I have a dashboard cover on my car where I collect my hat pins. It never fails to get a response from people who see it. I have even had people offer to give me a pin when they see my collection.

I collect hat pins too! Whenever I travel I HAVE to buy one, it has become an obession. Great to know someone else out there does the same thing
