tip for lava lamp: put a flashlight underneith and instead of salt, use alka seltser tablets(the fizzy ones). also u should just use a water bottle. its a great effect

Alka zelzer is the best thing 2 do.. it bubbles more than salt. or use baking soda (same thing) either or they both work! p.s. come up with more stuff getting a bit boring. lol

Well nothing bad is gonna happen.. im doing the lava lamp for my science fair.. instead of salt use alka selzer i did that and there were so many bubbles! It bubbled like crazy.It is fun to espically if use red and blue food coloring so colorful!

You mix the water and oil to make the bubbles, and u MAKE salt water! Mix salt and water. And a salt water glass is just the glass that you put the salt water in

i have alot of questions about the lava lamp so please listen closely….. If water and oil don’t mix then why do you put it with each other? where can i get the salt water cup from? Why do you need the salt water cup for insted of a regular cup?

what if you combined the paperclip one with the one where you cracked the plastic cups by freezeing the water now you have a huge piece of ice with paperclips stuck in it ps try to make people guess witch has the paperclips in it lol
