We toast the bread first. It is crunchy when you make the sandwich, but after a few hours it softens, but it doesn't get soggy.

Use tortilla to make peanut and butter sandwiches, you also don't need to worry about soggy bread or squished bread.

Something else that gets messy when packed is a cupcake. My mom cuts the cupcake in half and puts the icing in the middle. That way the icing doesn't come off with the plastic wrap.

Another idea to keep bread from getting soggy is to mix the jelly with the PB before you spread onto the bread. Your bread doesn't get soggy as fast and the jelly doesn't leak out!
