A 70-pound pit bull put his owner’s car in gear and drove away from a car wash Thursday in Pryor, Okla. The car’s owner was busy washing the vehicle when it backed out of the car wash bay.
The dog navigated the car onto an adjacent highway, turned it in a loop and ended up back in an automated car wash lane. The police impounded the vehicle because the owner did not have proof of insurance. Since the dog was registered with the city, the owner was allowed to walk his pooch home.
