Aspen and Skylar Granath will do anything to save their cat, Patches. The 10- and 8-year old, respectively, have been spending four hours a day manning a lemonade stand to pay for an operation.

A spinal injury left the cat partially paralyzed, and Patches needs a $700 surgery to have a leg amputated. This, says the veterinarian, will allow Patches to lead a normal life.

According to Aspen, she’ll “do this as long as it takes.”
