cj harry does not pass out . he does die but is brought back to life by Dumbledore and then uses Expeliarmus spell and winds up killing Voldemort when he uses the killing curse .

Yeah, she’d have to be pretty inconsiderate to kill Harry. (by the way, in the sixth book when harry’s tells Ginny that they have to brake up otherwise voldemort would kill her, does that sound spider man-ish to anyone else here?)
