Dear Pedro, Tell The Boss you need a raise.

That would mean more hay in my corral, Tyler. (Remember, I’m paid in calories instead of cash.) The Boss says he’d like to see me gallop, not waddle, down the haul. I told him galloping just makes me hungrier. I don’t think I’m going to win this argument, though.
