I say YEAH. I would love to have the ducktape merit badge because i am in the Duck tape patrol
I believe this is a great chance for young scouts to be as crative as he wants to be, and actually this is something that many scouts, scouters and other people already do, just look at all the thing people do with duct tape, why not let the scouts understand more about it and at the ssame time build something with it, using there own creative minds, and isnt that part of the program as well seeing them all become more creative in there scouting program.
