Eagle award before driver’s license


Dear Pedro, I am turning 16 in a few weeks, but my mom will not let me get my driver’s license or permit before I earn the Eagle Award. I work hard, but it’s going to take at least 6 months before I can achieve it. Do you know anyone who is in the same position as me? Do you have any advice?
