yes the u2 spy plane is still in use. the sr 71 is being replaced with a newer more secret one.
The u2 is still in service, but the f-117 stopped in ’08 and the blackbird in ’99. these planes rock!

Amazing. My only complaint is that the whole slideshow only has the Harrier Jump Jet, SR-71 BLACKBIRD, F-117 NIGHTHAWK, and the PREDATOR, and they showed the same pictures more than once. It is an amazing slideshow, nevertheless.

My neighbor has a corvette and he took me for a ride in it and he hit 130 mph. It was awesome with the heads-up-display and the GPS in the cockpit. I also like how the back window opens up and the carpet in the back says “corvette ZR1 625 HP”. I also like how the doors open and close when you touch your finger to the door handle. The coolest part of the car has to be when you look at it straight on and the lights are so bright shows the super charger

Brett Favre has to be #1. Brett’s career was spent playing on teams with no-name players (except Reggie White) and no-name receivers. In spite of this he still put up all time passing records. Brett’s ability to make something out of nothing made him the most exciting QB to watch week after week. We miss him in Green Bay.

Terry Bradshaw played on a team with arguably the 2nd-best defense in football history (behind the 1932 bears). And today, Brady has a team just as talented as himself behind him, though he is an excellent leader. Choose wisely, dont be prejudiced in your decision.

Think about it. All of the guys from pre 1980 had less padding, there was no roughing the passer and there were no radios inside helmets. Terry Bradshaw called his own plays. Johnny U called his own plays (Although well known for his time with the Colts, Johnny u had a short Stint with the Steelers). And what about the days of leather helmets?

They forgot to mention that Brett Favre has the record for most consecutive starts, which is possibly the hardest record to acheive of all. I mean, sure, technically all he has to do is START the game, doesnt matter if he plays the rest as long as he starts, right? But he didnt just start, he played most, if not all, of nearly every game, even when he was injured (as long as it wasnt a critical injury). THAT is commitment to the game. Smoking stinks. I live in Virginia, and we have a lot of tobacco companies here. People need to know the danger and quit, unfortunately, it did say that smoking reprograms your brain to become addicted to tobacco. These people were never reasoned into smoking and they can’t be reasoned out of it. I wish people would stop. My parents used to smoke, but they quit.

This is a great article. The Smithsonian Institution’s Air and Space Museum have great displays of some of the Apollo Space Adventures including a full size Saturn 5 Rocket inside of the museum. There is a really good Neil Armstrong Apollo Space Museum that is open to the general public in Wapakoneta, Ohio. There are really good articles on aviation and space travel in the Smithsonian Institution’s Air and Space Magazine.
To be accurate, Neil Armstrong is an Eagle Scout, Buzz Aldrin was a Boy Scout, however only briefly as a Tenderfoot. Not to imply that this should diminish in any way the heroism of Buzz Aldrin. He and his Apollo colleagues are all American heros!

I was at Farragut State Park in Idaho for the National Boy Scout Jamboree the day they landed. They brought all the thousands of scouts attending together to watch that night on a multi-screen presentation…anyone else there that night?!
