    • Dear Super-Awesome, Green Ice Cream-Loving, Mail-Toting Burro, Twenty members of my Boy Scout troop will be going on an adventure to the Florida Sea Base this summer. We are all really excited and looking forward to going. We have begun our training and are working hard at staying fit. Do you have any suggestions on how to make the most of our trip?

    • Dear Pedro, I've been reading the early editions of Boys' Life on the Wayback Machine and I love them. The only thing I miss is being able to hold one in my hand and read it in print. Do you know where I could find print copies of early Boys' Life magazines?

    • Dear Epically Awesome, Alfalfa-Obsessed Mailburro Pedro, I was thinking that someone as awesome as you should be a rocket scientist, not a mail carrier. Tell my why you chose that job.

    • Dear Pedro, I live near a place where the public can go and find fossils on the beach. I have a collection of shark teeth and bones of other sea dwellers. I also have a trilobite. Have you ever found a fossil before?

    • Dear Pedro, How long can you hold your breath? Can you speak a different language? What is your favorite color?

    • Dear Pedro, I have often wondered why the noble burro is the official mascot of the BSA. Wouldn't it be more fitting to have some intimidating animal such as the eagle or other fierce predator?

    • Hi, Pedro, I recently learned that at the Grand Canyon you can ride burros to the bottom. I was wondering if you at any time were one of those burros, and if any of them are your friends.

    • Hi, Pedro, My troop has recently gone on an ice climbing trip where we climbed over 100-foot tall cliffs made completely out of frozen waterfalls. We used ice picks and crampons to dig into the ice and pull ourselves up to the very top of the cliff. We stayed in an amazing hostel where they fed us awesome food. They also had a nice, cozy fire, which felt good because it was about 10 degrees Fahrenheit outside.

    • Dear Amazing Pedro, Do you think Boys' Life magazine is a useful tool for Scouts to learn skills?

    • Dear Pedro, One of my favorite Boys' Life articles is "Backpacking on Bikes" (May). I enjoy both mountain unicycling and camping, and I thought it was incredible that a troop decided to combine the two activities with the added challenge of riding on two wheels instead of one. I would like to try something similar in the future, but will stick with the simplicity of my one wheel.

    • Dear Sweater-Wearing, Awesome Mailburro, I am a girl who has recently subscribed to Boys' Life. I love it! I've always wanted a burro, so when I adopt one I will name him Pedro in honor of you. Also, since I'm new to all this, I haven't see a photo of The Boss. You talk about him, but you never actually show him. Why not?

    • Dear Pedro, I really enjoyed the article "Be Cyber Safe (and Smart)" (May). It helped me understand that what I put on the internet matters, and I shouldn't post stupid things.

    • Hey, Pedro, Have you ever been "attacked" by the paparazzi? I'm just asking because a lot of guys read Boys' Life, even non-Boy Scouts.

    • Dear Psychotically Awesome, Insanely-Not-Normal, Bird-in-a-Fishbowl, Weird Pedro, You should form a workers union. Demand better sleeping hours and hay raises (get it?). You do not have to stand for his craziness. Burros unite!

    • Dear Pedro, I need some tips about packing for backpacking campouts. I always seem to bring so much stuff!

    • Hey, Burro, I just wanted to tell fellow Scouts that when they are working towards the Eagle Award, they need to keep with it and not slow down or their work will pile up and it won't get done.

    • Dear Pedro, Recently I had the opportunity to go on a four-day, three-night rafting trip on the Colorado River. My experience from Scouting helped me prepare for this adventure. The whole trip was like a dream—you can never imagine what might be around the next bend in the river.

    • Dear Pedro, Are there any plans for a merit badge in martial arts?

    • Dear Pedro, I thought "The King of His Sand Castle" (June) was very interesting. I always thought sand was essentially the same throughout except for color. I had no idea how many types there are.

    • Hi, Pedro, How do you pick "A True Story of Scouts in Action"? My cousin's life was saved by Scouts at camp, and I was wondering if that could make it into the magazine?
