Einstein, a pinto stallion, stands just 14 inches high and is thought to be the world’s smallest foal. Born last Friday in Barnstead, N.H., Einstein weighed only 6 pounds.
Breeder Judy Smith thought he was dead at first. “I have been at this for 20 years plus,” she said, “but I have never seen one this tiny or even close to it.”
