  My guess would be a dremel tool, a lot of time and some puff paint for the icing and decorations. Google and Pinterest are your friends when you want to help your scout explore options for making their dream car a reality. My son and I spent at least 2 hours looking at things online trying to figure out how to do what he wanted. (Plus I spent over an hour trying to find what I thought he wanted before I even called him over. Then I discovered that what he meant by totem pole was totally different than what I envisioned when I thought of a totem pole.)
