My 7 year old and I built this car with the help of the Scout Store here in Georgia. We talked about the shape and traced the outline but the Boy Scout store was doing a workshop they cut the car drilled the holes where we told them. Then an Eagle Scout filled the holes with molten lead! We sanded it worked on the axles and wheels and painted it, he learned how to mask off the colors and spray paint the car. When we raced we were 2nd in Tigers and 4th in the pack of over 60 cars! At districts we were second again! That qualified us for Word Championships in NYC, there we placed 10th in Tigers! We had a blast camping at Alpine Scout Camp and went to see the Statue of Liberty.
