Watch a midair refueling operation

The U.S. Air Force’s tanker crews run the gas stations of the sky. These precision flying teams refuel warplanes in midair, 24/7, in any weather, anywhere in the world.

Watch as a KC-135 refuels B-1 Bombers and A-10 Warthogs in support of Operation Enduring Freedom over Afghanistan, and then read more about the crews who perform these tricky operations in the February 2013 issue of Boys’ Life magazine.
